Web Design Quote Form

Please fill out the questions below to the best of your ability. If you don't know the answer or are unsure, please just give your best guess or just put "N/A" if you're really stuck. The first step to beginning your project is to fill out your form. After I've received this, I will contact you with any questions, and you will receive an email with the details and project info laid out, and a link to an invoice to pay your milestone payment. The milestone payment is a sign of good faith that you are committed to the project. 

Web Design services include: 

  • A sitemap containing proposed architecture and layout of the site

  • Proper sizing and all necessary retouching of graphics that will be used

  • Creation of any extra graphics that are necessary

  • Creation of up to 5 pages

  • Copy and image layout for all pages

  • 1 month of updates, fixes and maintenance at no extra cost

What's NOT included in services:

  • Domain registration or purchase cost

  • Hosting service registration cost

  • Any licensing costs associated with fonts

  • Any third party advertising fees

Please note: without the 50% down payment work will not begin on your project. The final site design and all related assets and deliverables will be turned over to you when full payment is received and you've signed off on the final version of your project.
